  1. Definitions

  • “Service” refers to car rental, chauffeur services, and related transportation services offered by the Company.
  • “User” means any individual or entity accessing or using our website or services.
  • “Driver” refers to a professional chauffeur assigned to a booking.
  1. Scope of Services
  • Royal Savari Taxi Service in  Mumbai offers both on-demand and pre-booked chauffeur-driven car rental services within Mumbai.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of request.
  1. Booking Policy
  • Users must provide accurate booking details including pickup and drop-off locations, contact information, and travel date/time.
  • Booking confirmations will be communicated via SMS, email, or phone call.
  • Any last-minute changes or cancellations must be informed at least 2 hours before the scheduled trip.
  1. Payment Terms
  • We accept payment through cash, UPI, and digital wallets as agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, and waiting time, if applicable.
  • Prices mentioned on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled ride are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the ride are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.
  1. User Responsibilities
  • Users must ensure that all information shared during the booking process is accurate and up to date.
  • Users are responsible for their personal belongings during the ride. The Company shall not be held liable for any lost or stolen items.
  • Respectful behavior toward the chauffeur and vehicle is expected at all times. Any misconduct or unlawful behavior may lead to service denial.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • The Company is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
  • In case of a vehicle breakdown, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative, but we do not guarantee availability or timing.
  1. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Damage, misuse, or tamper with the vehicle or any company property.
  1. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, graphics, and service marks are the intellectual property of Royal Savari Car Rental Mumbai. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

  1. Changes to Terms
